Account Director - POS

We have an exciting new position of Account Director based in ideally near the Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire area. You will work as part of a great team based onsite at a prestigious new account win who are visible on every high street corner.

The Account Director will be responsible for all aspects of the management, development and delivery of the clients POS communications from client relationship and strategic development through to briefing and execution. The Account Director will also be responsible to communicate, track and achieve all financial targets and adhere to commercial standards. The Account Director will be responsible for ensuring the continued adherence and reporting of all contractual KPIs and SLAs.

You will manage members of the dedicated account team ensuring that the clients' needs are addressed effectively and professionally. Mentoring and developing team members to ensure that their potential is realised.

You will be responsible for growing business whenever possible, looking at future opportunities within the account for the group as a whole.

The Account Director will develop an excellent relationship with the clients agencies and other third party suppliers.

They will also set an example to the rest of the team ensuring positive attitude and excellent working relationships within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and will have print experience within a retail environment. The individual needs to be dynamic and enthusiastic and have a genuine passion to deliver innovative solutions for the customer and the company.
